Here’s the deal!
You must be a registered charity. We will provide a Classic London Bus trip within a 40 mile radius of our base (BD21) at a mutually agreeable time. The journey will be for no more than 4 hours and will involve no more than four pick up and drop off points. You can invite up to 72 passengers and charge what you like for the fare. The bus trip will be for your fundraising purposes only and cannot be for events such as birthday parties or any other occasion other than purely fundraising events. The trip can be to a destination such as a park or other place of interest involving an outward and return journey provided the whole trip does not exceed 4 hours or a 40 mile radius. We will need to verify the route is suitable for this large vehicle prior to final confirmation and reserve the right to change or decline it if necessary.
We will provide a driver (obviously) and a conductor and our standard terms and conditions shall apply, copy available on request and at time of confirmation.
In return all we ask is for £100.00 to cover our costs and inclusion of our Company and contact details in any literature or advertising matter that you produce in connection with the trip.
